HOW DO WE WANT TO LEARN? MATHS GRAPHS

As part of mathematics we have been learning to gather and collate data to display as a graph using Excel. We spent a lot of time discussing which style of graph best displayed our information. A lot of us learned to use Excel for the first time We asked children in the class questions based on our learning. Ms Kerr reminded us it is important to check our work makes sense before we have it ready for the blog. We would love comments and suggestions about whether you think our graphs clearly display the information and also whether you think our work was ready for the blog.

Here are the graphs that were finished today:

    1. Zoom-Zap is a game we play when we are wanting to get our brains awake and active. You don't need anything to play it just more then 4 people, the point is to be one of the last two people standing. There are a few rules, if you would like to know them let us know.

Some of the things the game focuses on are:

*Concentrating on what everybody is doing and keeping eye contact.
      *Hand-eye coordination.
*The opposite side of our brain controls the opposite side of our body.

      Thanks for your question.

    2. I am also intrigued by Zoom-Zap. Spill the beans please. It sounds tricky to get right (I typed the word right with my left hand but I'm not sure that's correct).

  2. Amazing graph Jemma ! Im not quite sure what the other bars that have no subject under them are if there just for show or if they have a subject ? You said that you thought people would like writing more, but there is know evidence that you asked people if they liked writing ? But over all I enjoyed reading the conclusion and looking at the graph.
